Membership

1. How do I become a member of the Treebo Corporate Rewards Program?

A: All Corporate accounts are automatically signed up for the Rewards program.

2. What if there are multiple admins for an account?

B: Points are given to an account, and not to an admin. Hence, any of the admins can redeem for that particular Corporate.

 

Treebo Points

1. What is the value of each Treebo Point?

A: Each Treebo Point is equivalent to INR 1.

2. Where can I see my Treebo Points?

A: You can check your Treebo points status on the Treebo for Business booking portal.

 

Expiry

1. Can I extend the expiry date of my Treebo Points?

A: No, expiry dates for Treebo Points cannot be extended.

2. When do Treebo Points expire?

A: Points earned by the Corporate will expire in 12 months.

 

Earning

1. How many Treebo Points will be earned per booking?

A: Points will be earned equivalent to the booking value realised.

2. Who gets the points?

A: The Corporate account gets the booking. Additionally, the guest is also eligible to redeem the points through the Treebo Rewards, our Guest Loyalty program. Read more on it here.

3. When will I get my points?

A: Points will be credited to the respective Corporate account once the invoice is generated for the respective booking, which is usually 3 days after the checkout.

4. On what value do I earn points?

A: Points are earned on pre-tax value of the room tariff paid plus add ons in INR.

5. For group bookings with multiple check-out dates, what will happen in the case of partial checkouts?

A: In case of partial checkouts, multiple transactions of earn will be triggered towards the Corporate account on each room checkout.

6. The employee did the booking by themselves, will the Corporate still get the points for it?

A: No, Only bookings done via the corporate channels will be applicable for points.

7. I have booked from an OTA (online travel agency), will I get points?

A: No, Treebo Points can be earned by staying with us only if the bookings is made through Treebo For Business booking portal or through the Sales POC. Bookings via online travel agents do not qualify as eligible bookings.

 

Burning

1. Can the points be redeemed/used on personal bookings?

A: The points will be credited into the Corporate account for redemption. However, the primary guest is eligible for points as per the rules of our Guest Loyalty program, Treebo Rewards.

2. Can my points be only used for pre tax value of the booking?

A: No, full value of booking.

3. Can I use my points to pay food, laundry bills?

A: No, Currently, Treebo Points can be used while making room bookings only.

4. Can I use a partial amount of my points while booking and save the rest?

A: Yes, partial points payment while booking is possible.

5. Is there a cap on points usage per transaction/ booking?

A: No, There is no cap on how many points can be used per booking. All available points can be used for a booking made on Treebo for Business portal.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

1. What happens to my points used when I cancel?

A: If the entire booking is cancelled before 24 hours prior of the guest check- in date, the entire amount of Treebo Points used will be refunded to your Loyalty account. In case of partial cancellations, no amount will be refunded.

2. Do I earn points on cancelled bookings?

A: No, Points are earned on completed stays. If a booking is cancelled or in case of no-shows, points will not be given for the same.

3. What is the expiry date of the refunded points?

A: The expiry date of any refunded points, will be the original expiry as the credit.

4. What will happen if I had used my points close to expiry and cancelled the booking later.

A: As mentioned in the previous question, the original expiry will hold. If the points were to expire after usage and before refund, no refund will be made.

 

Travel Agent bookings

1. A travel agent booked for me, will he get the points or the Corporate?

A: In order to redeem Treebo Corporate Reward points, the bookings need to happen through the Treebo for Business portal.

 

Redemption process

1. What is then minimum points needed for Redemption?

A: Minimum points need for redemption are 1000.

 

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Registration & Membership

1.1. Membership of the programme is only open for corporates, and not for individuals.

1.2. The benefits of the Treebo Corporate Rewards Program will be released to an individual nominated in writing by the corporate.  By nominating an individual and signing up for this program, the Corporate consents that the benefits offered by Treebo under this Program, does not conflict with any of the laws applicable to them, or with its internal policies which includes, but is not limited to Gift policy, Anti-bribery and corruption policy.

1.3. This scheme is not applicable to  travel agents and travel management companies.

1.4. Benefits under the Treebo Corporate Rewards Program will be given only for reservations made after a corporate has enrolled in the scheme. It will not be applicable for any bookings made before the Corporate enrolled in the scheme.

1.5. The membership is non-transferable.

1.6. Treebo Hotels reserves the right to discontinue membership of Treebo Corporate Rewards to any member who appears to be using the programme in a manner inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions, or intent of the programme, or any portion of the programme, including, but not limited to reward redemption or prejudicial to Treebo’s interest or breaches Treebo’s internal policy. Treebo Hotels also reserves the right to discontinue membership for any member who acts in a manner inconsistent with local or state laws, statutes or ordinance. Discontinued membership may result in the loss of all accumulated points and the cancellation of all Treebo Corporate Rewards points and all Treebo Corporate Rewards benefits and privileges.  Treebo’s decision in this regard will be final and binding on all parties.

1.7. The programme and any benefit of rewards relating to it shall not be construed as, or constitute a contract, or otherwise establish a contractual relationship between Treebo Hotels and any Treebo Corporate Rewards member, except to the limited extent of administering the benefits and governing the Terms and Conditions relating to the Treebo Corporate Rewards Program.

1.8. Membership to the Treebo Corporate Rewards Program will be void if prohibited by law at any time.

1.9. Membership and benefits of the Treebo Corporate Rewards Program are offered at the sole discretion of Treebo, and Treebo reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any Rewards or this Program at any time, at its sole discretion without prior notice.

 

2. Communications

2.1. Status of the Treebo Corporate rewards points will be communicated to members on a  monthly basis via an email statement. Any discrepancy should be notified and rectified within a month of receipt of the statement.

 

3. Rewards and Redemption

3.1. All redemptions must be made through Treebo for Business portal. The link for the same is https://corporates.treebo.com/

3.2. The redeemed points will be deducted from the member’s total points available on the date of redemption. Balance points, if any, will be carried forward.

3.3. For electronic gift cards, Treebo Corporate Rewards will require 5 business days to process a redemption request, after which the redeemed gift will be sent to the registered email id of the individual authorized by the Corporate.

3.4. For physical gifts, Treebo Corporate Rewards will require 4 weeks to process a redemption request, after which the redeemed gift will be sent to the member at the registered address.

3.5. A redemption voucher should be redeemed within the validity date mentioned on the voucher. Vouchers will not be re-validated once they expire.  Treebo reserves the right, and sole discretion to modify, advance, or extend the expiry dates of redemption voucher as it deems fit.

3.6. The products mentioned in the Treebo Corporate Rewards rewards catalogue are subject to availability. In case the gift selected is unavailable for any reason, the member can request for an alternative gift item of same value. The pictures in the catalogue are for representation purposes only, the product may differ from what is shown in the picture.

3.7. This scheme is operational till further notice. All members will be intimated well in advance in case Treebo Hotels decide to terminate the scheme for any reason whatsoever. All points must be redeemed within 60 days of the announcement of the termination of the scheme.

3.8. Any balance amount arising out of the exchange of Treebo Corporate Rewards redemption vouchers shall not be refunded, either as points or money.

3.9. Treebo Corporate Rewards does not guarantee in any manner the quality or durability of any of the items selected for redemption against the redemption vouchers or otherwise.

3.10. Treebo Corporate Rewards makes no warranties and representations, either expressed or implied with regard to the type and quality of services and goods provided through third parties.

3.11. The list of rewards will be dynamic and subject to change.  An enrolled member can only redeem from the list applicable during the redemption period.

3.12. Points earned in this programme cannot, under any circumstance be redeemed for Cash, or setoff against dues payable to Treebo.

3.13. No changes will be entertained once the redemption is processed.

3.14. Treebo Corporate Rewards is not responsible for issuing any duplicate redemption voucher(s) in lieu of a lost redemption voucher(s).

 

4. Tiers & Reward Points

4.1. Treebo Corporate Rewards points are calculated based on revenue realised in the stipulated period.

4.2. Treebo Corporate Rewards points will be credited to a member's account on check-out by the guest. Points for room bookings will be awarded as a      percentage of the invoice value, for bookings made in the eligible period.

4.3. No points will be awarded for online bookings made through Online Travel Agents and other sources on the internet.

4.4. Membership tiers are decided based on business volumes given of the previous quarter (measured by invoices raised for check-outs in the period), towards bookings made in the eligible period.

4.5. Treebo Hotels reserves the right to define the eligibility criteria for selection of members to participate in the various bonus offers which will be run from time to time. No disputes on the criteria will be entertained.

4.6. Points earned in the programme are subject to expiry. The points earned have an expiry period of 12 months from the date of earning. Members are advised to redeem their points prior to their expiry date as once expired, the points cannot be re-validated.

4.7. Members cannot maintain membership in, or earn points on multiple accounts.

4.8. Points will be awarded on all eligible bookings only from the date of member's enrolment into the Program. No retro credits will be given for transactions prior to enrolment.

4.9. Corporates can only earn points from the Program start date as defined by Treebo. No points will be earned for any amounts charged before the start date of the Program. This includes cases where a Member has checked-in a hotel before the Program is launched and checks out after the start date of the Program. For example: if a Member checks in on 01 January 2018, checks out on 10th April 2018 and the start date of the Program is 15 March 2018, then the Member will not be eligible for any Points on such booking. The Member will earn Points only for Bookings from 15 March 2018 onwards.

4.10. A Corporate shall be entitled to receive the points only after successful completion of a transaction. A transaction shall be considered to have successfully completed once the member has checked-out and invoice has been generated. Treebo shall credit the points to the Corporate’s account only after the guest has checked-out. No Points shall be credited at the time of booking creation, check-in or at the time of partial or full payment.

4.11. Treebo reserves the right to deduct points from a member’s account balance if the points have been erroneously credited to the account.

4.12. No points will be awarded for complimentary or barter rooms, house guests,  free stays and complimentary stays.

4.13. If a member believes he/she has not received Point credit(s) for eligible charges, he/she must submit a written request for such credit(s) to Treebo, together with the original invoice of the Member's hotel stay. Requests must be received by Treebo within 15 days of receipt of Points update.

4.14. All taxes and applicable incidental expenditures associated with a Member gaining points under this Program, or on claiming a reward will be borne by the member unless mentioned otherwise.

4.15. Treebo will not meet the cost of any tax, which may be levied on rewards in  this Program. This is the sole responsibility of the member.

 

5. Membership Cancellation

5.1. Membership is liable to be terminated if the change in profile is not intimated in writing.

 

6. General

6.1. The Treebo Corporate Rewards Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until Treebo decides to terminate the Program, at any time, with or without notice to the members. Accumulation of points will cease immediately on termination of the Program. However, Members will be given 6 months, from the date the Program termination is announced, to redeem their points, in accordance with the Program.

6.2. Treebo reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, conditions, privileges, benefits, reward or reward levels pertaining to the Program at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of points or rewards already accumulated. For instance, Treebo may increase or decrease the Points required for a Reward, or limit the number of participating Treebo Hotels for a particular reward.

6.3. Points issued have no monetary value and cannot be bartered or sold by members for cash at any point of time. These points may only be exchanged for rewards or benefits on offer through the Treebo Corporate Rewards Program .

6.4. All interpretations and application of the Terms & Conditions of the Treebo Corporate Rewards Program shall be at the sole discretion of Treebo.

6.5. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the program rules and the number of points in its account. Treebo will take its best efforts to send correspondence to active members advising them of matters of interest, including notification of Program changes and point updates. However, neither Treebo, its subsidiaries, affiliates or associates or program management service providers nor the participating Treebo Hotels in the Program will be liable for any failure to do so and will not be responsible for correspondence lost or delayed in the mail.

6.6. Accrued points do not constitute property of the members. Except as specifically provided herein, no accrued points are transferable in the event of liquidation or insolvency or winding-up of a company, by operation of law. In such an event, the Treebo Corporate Rewards Program will be suspended with respect to such Member and all accrued points will stand cancelled.

6.7. Treebo is not responsible, and assumes no liability, for changes or discontinuance of services provided by a [service partner], that may affect the Program Rewards offered, the accrual of Points or devaluation of Points.

6.8. The information, including the Account Information that the Member provides to Treebo when completing the application and redeeming points is processed in Treebo’s internal systems. Communication of relevant information is important to administering the Rewards Program and providing the member with the opportunity to maximize the benefits of the membership.

6.9. In choosing to become a Treebo Rewards Program member, the member consents to receive all the kinds of information described above. However, Member will be given the opportunity to define and modify mailing preferences.

6.10. Treebo may send communication relating to the Rewards or the Program, via SMS or by voice call on the contact number given by the member at the time of booking. The member hereby unconditionally consents that such communications via SMS and/ or voice call by Treebo is (a) upon the request and authorization of the Member, (b) ‘transactional’ and not an ‘unsolicited commercial communication’ as per the guidelines of Telecom Regulation Authority of India (TRAI) and (c) in compliance with the relevant guidelines of TRAI or such other authority in India and abroad. The Member will indemnify Treebo against all types of losses and damages incurred by Treebo due to any action taken by TRAI, Access Providers (as per TRAI regulations) or any other authority due to any erroneous complaint raised by the Member on Treebo with respect to the intimations mentioned above or due to a wrong number or email id being provided by the member for any reason whatsoever.

6.11. Treebo reserves the right to grant or refuse membership to the Treebo Rewards Program.

6.12. In case of any disputes the decision of Treebo Hotels will be final and binding.

 

7. Modification of the Terms of Use

7.1. Treebo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, or otherwise amend these Terms of Use, and any other documents incorporated by reference herein, at any time. If at any time the user finds these Terms of Use unacceptable or if the user does not agree to these Terms of Use, the user should kindly not use or continue to use the Treebo Rewards Program . Treebo may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice to the user and the member. It is the user’s and member’s responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically.

 

8. Representations and Warranties

 8.1. The user acknowledges that he / she is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Account Information that he / she has provided to Treebo. The Member agrees to immediately notify Treebo of any unauthorized use of his / her account by a third party and the Member acknowledges that Treebo will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user because of such unauthorized use of Account Information by a third party.

8.2. The Member agrees that he / she shall be providing sensitive and personal information including but not limited to Account Information (collectively "SPI") which falls within the ambit of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011. The Member consents to receiving communications from Treebo on a periodic basis vide this SPI transmitted by the Member to Treebo. Treebo agrees to take all necessary steps to secure and maintain the confidentiality of the SPI that the Member has transmitted in consonance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011. However, the user acknowledges that Treebo will not be liable for any disclosure of user’s SPI because of an error in transmission or unauthorized actions of third parties.

 8.3. By enrolling in the Treebo Corporate Rewards Program, the member further represents and warrants that:

● .  He / She is 18 years of age or older and that the reward and benefits drawn by the Member from the Treebo Rewards Program shall not violate any applicable law or regulation.

●   All registration information that the Member submits is truthful and accurate, and the Member agrees to maintain the accuracy of such information.

8.4. Member’s use of the Treebo Rewards Program shall be subjected to the following restrictions:

●   The Member should not decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the content of the Treebo Rewards Program.

●   The Member should not remove any copyright, trademark registration, or other proprietary material from the Treebo Rewards Program.

●   The Member should not use the Treebo Rewards Program in any way that is unlawful, or harms Treebo or any other person or entity, as determined by Treebo at its sole discretion.

●   The Member should not engage in any form of antisocial, disrupting, or destructive acts, including "flaming,""spamming,""flooding,""trolling," and       "phishing" as those terms are commonly understood and used on the Internet.

●   All information, content and material contained in the Treebo Corporate Rewards Program are Treebo's intellectual property. All trademarks, services marks, trade names, and trade dress are proprietary to Treebo. No information, content or material from the Treebo Rewards Program may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without Treebo's express written permission.

 

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

9.1. Treebo provides access to the Treebo Rewards Program on an "as is" basis and hereby disclaims all warranties, express, implied or statutory, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement or title.

 

10. Indemnification

10.1. The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Treebo, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, licensors, agents, and representatives (“Indemnified Parties”) from any and all third party claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising from your access to or use of Services, violation of these T&C, or infringement, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. Treebo will notify you promptly of any such claim, loss, liability, or demand made by a third party on any of the Indemnified Parties, and in addition to your foregoing obligations, you agree to provide us with reasonable assistance, at your expense, in defending any such claim, loss, liability, damage, or cost.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

 11.1. In no event, shall Treebo, or any of its directors, officers, employees, subcontractors, agents or content or service providers (collectively, the "Protected Entities") be liable to any Member for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from, or directly or indirectly related to, the use of, or the inability to use, the Treebo Rewards Program or the content, materials and functions related thereto.

11.2. In no event shall the total aggregate liability of the Protected Entities to a user for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract or tort, including, but not limited to, negligence or otherwise) arising from these Terms of Use or a user's use of the Treebo Rewards Program exceed the balance Points lying in that user’s account.

 

12. Intellectual Property

12.1. All information, content and material contained in the Treebo Corporate Rewards Program including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, patents and designs and all other forms of proprietary and non-proprietary information provided by you or Treebo in facilitating the services is the sole intellectual property of Treebo. All trademarks, services marks, trade names, and trade dress are proprietary to Treebo. No information, content or material from the Treebo Loyalty Program may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without Treebo's express written permission.

12.2. The Member provides a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license for Treebo to adopt, publish, reproduce, disseminate, transmit, distribute, copy, use, create derivative works from, display worldwide, or act on such content without additional approval or consideration in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content, and the Member waives any claim to the contrary over all feedback, comments, ideas or suggestions or any other content provided by him / her to Treebo by way of this Treebo Rewards Program.

 

13. Severability

13.1. Each paragraph, clause, sub-clause and provision of these Terms of Use shall be severable from each other and if for any reason, any paragraph, clause, sub-clause or provision is invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or enforceability shall not prejudice or in any way affect the validity or enforceability of any other paragraph, clause, sub-clause or provision, which shall be read and construed so as to give thereto, the full effect thereof, subject only to any contrary provision of the law to the effect that where this provision of these Terms of Use or any paragraph, clause, sub-clause or provision hereof would be but for the provisions of this paragraph read and construed as being void or ineffective it shall nevertheless be a valid term and condition, paragraph, clause, sub-clause or provision, as the case may be, to the full extent to which it is not contrary to any provision of the law.

 

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1. These T&C are governed by the laws of India. Any action, suit, or other legal proceeding, which is commenced to resolve any action, suit or other legal proceeding, which is commenced to resolve any matter arising under or relating to these T&C, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru.

 

15. Waiver

15.1. Any failure of Treebo to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these T&C shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.

 

16. Grievance Redressal

16.1. If the Member believes that his / her rights have been violated or has any othergrievance due to use of the Treebo Rewards Program , the Member can contact the

Grievance Officer to redress the same at hello@treebohotels.com.

This Gift Card issued by Croma, Infiniti Retail Limited (IRL).
This Gift Card shall be subject to applicable laws or any new law, rules and/or regulations as may be promulgated / imposed by the Government, RBI, or any other statutory/regulatory authority.
Gift Card cannot be redeemed against cash or cannot be used for settlement of any past amounts due to any of the Croma stores.
If the purchase exceeds available balance in the Gift Card, the difference must be paid by the Gift Card holder by another mode of payment i.e. cash or credit/debit card.

Any dispute relating to the Croma Gift Card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
IRL shall be entitled to amend these terms and conditions of the Gift Card from time to time. Any change in these terms and conditions can be viewed on our website and / or at any of the Croma stores
